Gayton Elementary Creates Shade Structures with $8000 Prize Money
Gayton Elementary School has finalized their Shade structure projects from the $8000 Grant money they were awarded by the American Academy of Dermatology, by winning last year’s National “Good Skin Knowledge” Video Contest.

Over the course of this past year they have been busy working with their school district and local businesses to plan a shade program that will fit their needs in a variety of ways.
They created a cute video to show off their new Shade structures and program that involves the children caring for some of their new trees as well! Check out the link below to see how they put that grant money to good use!
